When your manager asked — Are you okay?

It’s true story but not a tech story!

Lately, due to some personal events, I was observed to be a little distracted. It was not that I was slipping the commitments, but it was not being at 100%. & “Not — Now As A Result”, but in a different meeting, my CTO asked me —

> “Are you OK?”

It was the most emphatic question because where the micromanagement is not a new thing in work-spaces, where there are applications which provide or are building products that can track, how much time you are spending in breathing, where managers are known to manage for the deliverables over anything else And there, this one question comes as prospectively “CORRECT” because without him saying a thing, the question developed a great sense of responsibility for me to balance those lost hours, And do it right!

Yep, I am not gonna write the things about the great leaders and good managers with my experiential learning but it is about a work-space trust that your leaders have on you to remain motivated for the work that you do.

BTW — this article is not any kind of approval (No Need For That!) that he is a great human being and one of the coolest manager to work with But sometimes, it is no harm to take a break, show some gratitude in writing :-)
